It fees like it has been forever but you are finally ready to close on your new construction home.  The builder just called you and said they are ready to do the final walk through and scheduled your  New home Orientation

But lets pump the brakes here for just a second….there are certain things you need to look for and sign off on before you close on your home that will help you avoid problems and save you the headache of having to deal with warranty issues later.
